Download Eloqium TTS for Android.
The current release can be downloaded directly from this page. After installation, enable Eloqium in Android’s text-to-speech settings and choose the voice and other options you want to use.
Current release
Adds Smart number processing, standalone capital indication, and optional foreground-service controls.
Before installing
- Android requirement
- Android 6.0 (API 23) or later.
- Package
- An Android APK containing the Eloqium TTS application.
- After installation
- Open Eloqium and use System TTS Settings to select Eloqium TTS as the Preferred Engine.
- Then
- Return to the application and open Eloqium settings to select a language, voice profile, and any speech or text-processing options you want to change.
Installation
Complete the initial setup in three steps.
The installation process has two separate parts: installing the application itself and selecting it as the Android TTS engine.

Install the APK
Open the downloaded APK and complete Android’s installation process. Once the application has been installed, open Eloqium from the launcher.

Set Eloqium as the preferred TTS engine
On the Eloqium home screen, open System TTS Settings. In Android’s text-to-speech settings, select Eloqium TTS as the Preferred Engine.

Configure the application
Open Eloqium settings and choose a language and Voice profile. You can then change speech controls and text-processing settings as needed.
